What You'll Need to Join.
We maintain high standards to protect both our staff and the facilities we serve. Every professional in our pool meets the following baseline requirements before their first placement.
Start Your Application- Active, unrestricted state nursing or professional license
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in your specialty
- Current BLS certification (ACLS required for ICU/ER roles)
- Clear background check and drug screening
- Up-to-date immunization records
- Eligibility to work in the United States
